About this property
Maine Coast House with Spectacular Ocean Views and Beach for Swimming
The house has amazing views and has access to a private sandy/rocky beach that is shared with neighbors. It is located on one of the the highest points on a quiet peninsula in South Bristol. The house overlooks Mcfarland's Cove on one side and John's Bay on the other.
The nearby town seems as if it has been ripped from the pages of story books. It is an authentic working lobster village with one of the oldest swing bridges in the state. It is a picturesque as it gets!
Become immersed in the Maine coast lifestyle! You will wake up to the sounds of seagulls and fishing boats that are off in the distance. You can buy just caught lobster on the nearby docks for the lowest prices imaginable. In the evenings watch the osprey hunt for fish in Mcfarland's cove. If you are lucky you might even see a bald eagle. If you like fishing and boating you will not be disappointed!

Why they chose this property
Our house is located on the highest point of the peninsula with views into McFarland cove, Johns Bay and Pemaquid. Frombthe upper porch, you can watch the sunrise over Pemaquid and set over the cove. At night, there is a clear view for star gazing from the upper balconies.
What makes this property unique
Our property joins five acres of the same family to explore the trails, gardens and hike to the rocky coastline waterfront. We have ten foot tides, a private beach and trails to watch clam diggers and fisherman. At dusk, you can view osprey diving for fish and currents of schools of fish jumping. There are eagles nests and lobster bouys as far as the eyesbcan see.
