The apartment was in a great location for walking tourism or easy Ubers. It was clean and nice, well stocked with necessities and niceties. Host was very responsive to communication and extremely helpful when needed during planning and arrival. It comfortably slept our family, including 4 grade school/high school children.

Amazing an beautiful

We had a great time at Porto. Emanuel is an outstanding host and helped us and gave us some key information to do the best of our trip. The appartment is very well located and was super clean. We fully recommend everyone staying at Emmanuel's property.

L'immeuble est situé dans un quartier résidentiel dont l'état général laisse à désirer. Depuis les fenêtres, la vue donne sur un voisinage où l'on aperçoit des déchets et des vêtements au sol. L'appartement est situé au quatrième étage. Un très petit ascenseur est disponible, mais il ne nous inspirait pas confiance; nous avons donc préféré utiliser les escaliers. L'intérieur de l'appartement est correct dans son ensemble, mais il nécessiterait d'importantes rénovations. La salle de bain présentait de nombreuses traces de moisissure, en partie dissimulées par des autocollants floraux, et le tapis de bain était sale. Les lits et les oreillers étaient très inconfortables. Le balcon est défraîchi, tout comme plusieurs murs de l'appartement. De plus, une partie du plafond de la chambre présentait des signes de moisissure et de dégât d'eau. Un autre problème a été le bruit constant. Des mouettes et des chats se font entendre toute la nuit et l'insonorisation est pratiquement inexistante, rendant le sommeil difficile. Après une première nuit et une douche prise rapidement dans cette salle de bain, nous avons pris la décision de quitter le logement. Il nous était impossible d'y passer une seconde nuit avec notre famille. Malgré la situation, l'hôte a refusé tout dédommagement pour le départ anticipé.

Emanuel war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns persönlich in Empfang genommen hat. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und immer freundlich. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, nah an der Station der Metro, die in die Altstadt fährt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für 5 Personen fanden wir die Wohnung etwas eng.

Uitstekende locatie voor een bezoek aan het centum van Porto. Alles was netjes schoon en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar reageerde adequaat, correct en vriendelijk. Metro op steenworp afstand met een doorgaande lijn naar het centrum.

Parfait pour notre séjour

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’appartement était propre à. Coté de bons restaurant et épicerie à proximité. L’appartement est très petit par contre mais la terrasse est tres pratique. Il y a un ascenseur. Nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique par la Mère de Emmanuel .merci
