Lovely Sea Front Apartment - Beautiful Room (as always)

Arrived on the Monday afternoon for 3 nights, room was spotless (as the different rooms in this building we have stayed in always are). Comfy bed / pillows / towels all supplied. Was concerned at first seeing the construction compound across the road thinking maybe a new apartment block was being constructed but turns out it’s only a temporary works compound while the sea front is being upgraded. As we stayed in Little Lobster on the first floor it did not obstruct the sea views and there was absolutely no disturbance from the works. Had another truly fabulous stay at this gem of an apartment block. Tina & Steve are superb hosts and are always quick to respond with updates. We are repeat visitors and as always it did not disappoint. We never made use of the kitchen as we ate out but it was well equipped. Highly recommended. Did not use the wi-fi as had good phone signal ( so have rated it good - because it does have wi-fi)

I highly recommend The Little Lobster Studio from the perfect location overlooking the sea and promenade, to the stylish 5 star accommodation, facilities, cleanliness and peaceful environment. Above all it exceeded my expectations and added to a most enjoyable stay in Paignton. Thank You

Little Lobster

Very lovely stay at the Little lobster studio apartment again, we have been coming to Sunny beach apartments since 2020,and have always had a lovely time. We liked all the new furniture, looks very nice, the only thing we missed were the 2 stools you used to have at the bottom of bed, they were useful for putting our feet up while sitting in the chairs looking out to sea. But everything else was perfect.

Nice studio

Really nice location, cosy studio. Cleanliness could be better, the towels did not smell fresh at all. The outside of the terrace was absolutely filthy, full of cigarrete butts. The chairs are not very comfy for meals, and it's really difficult to open/close the balcony door with the chunky chairs. Fridge is VERY noisy at night, as the bathroom ventilation system. No toiletries provided, which is stated. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay though... Missing some basic things, like tea at least, deep plates, ice trays... It's is a nice place don't get me wrong. But you can get a hotel room with sea views and the same price or less, with toiletries, breakfast, etc. So a little reconsidering is in place here.

Ifs and buts...

Stayed in little lobster for 3 nights. June. Good points.. Clean quiet communal areas Easy check in check out Amazing views from balcony. Excellent location to seafront & shops Bad points Little Lobster is very small. More like a hotel room. Looked slightly bigger in photos. Mattress too firm. Did not sleep. Duvet too thick..asked cleaner for summer weight but none available. Seagull poo all over balcony screen and door. Feel cleaner should remove. Noisy fridge. No communication from owner after holiday about issues encountered. I would try staying again but in a larger accomodation where i can swap beds and where the fridge is not buzzing in same room. I would recommend the property but not that room.

Little lobster

Very lovely studio,lovey and comfortable amazing views, only little thing wasant good found a couple of hairs in the drawer on bedside cabinet and one of the food bowls inthe cupboard,also unfortunately we had some people next door letting their door keep slaming and one morning they were checking out and started slamming the door at 6.30 and it woke me and my mum up,they are heavy doors, and you need to keep hold of the handle until there shut .Having said that it won't stop us staying again,people should be more considerate and think about other guests staying there.
