Our beautiful Villa with private pool, located in Sveti Stefan in Budva, has three bedrooms - two with double bed and one with two single beds, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, lovely terrace with swimming pool and parking. From every bedroom, including living room, you can enjoy the sea view. The distance from beach and the 'island' of Sveti Stefan (UNESCO heritage site) is only couple of minutes by walking. Security cameras, free WiFi and all the essentials available on site.

First holiday in Sveti Stefan

Villa Mia was amazing and the owner and staff couldn’t do enough for us! Clean villa, endless supply of towels with beautiful views and own pool was a huge plus! Very helpful local shop owners, friendly and open late. Beach felt private, very pebbly so make sure you have your crocs with you. Local bus runs every ten minutes to Budva town all day long and costs € 2 per person. Dragan, the owner was able to get taxi pick up from Tivat airport for us at a reasonable rate and Victoria the villa staff was great in getting whatever we needed. Beautiful sights. Thank you for a lovely taste of Sveti Stefan Montenegro!
