Beach Home - 5 Minutes /2 Blocks Walk To Virginia Beach Oceanfront & Boardwalks.

A beautiful new build in the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area. This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes away from the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the resort area. At home you can enjoy a cookout on the back patio and watch a movie with friends and family in the open living room. Natural light will fill the house through strategically placed windows, bringing in the glow of the sun all throughout the day.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom are downstairs. Full-size washer and dryer also available at second floor.The house is equipped with 2 bran new ac heating system to ensure clean air and comfortable environment for all guest. It’s a 3 year old town-home have been built by 2014. So everything is grand new, same thing as furniture, equipment. Internet, cable already includes.
For your safety, the house is monitored by 7 exterior camera surveillance system. The system covers are: 2 monitored at front door and front yard, 1 by the back door, 2 monitored by garage and driveway, the other 2 cover the side way, and the fence.
Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. Beach chair, grill, etc....available for you during the time you stay.

I wish you enjoy your time at my house. There are house rules applied to ensure guests will enjoy a real quality clean and comfortable house.

Enjoyed our stay in VA Beach. The house was well supplied and clean and the owner promptly responded to our requests. It can be a little noisy in the house in during the day when the jets are practicing takeoffs and landings overhead but it’s fun to go out and watch. Only wish the weather had been warmer and maybe a little less windy. Would recommend to anyone needing a place that can sleep and wants to be close to the beach.

Perfect friends getaway

The property is just as advertised! It was a perfect home for a girls getaway. We utilized three of the bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and the main floor half bath. The kitchen, dining room and living room were nicely decorated and organized.

Great house for large families

We came to VA beach to enjoy the beach and visit with family. The location was perfect for us to easily walk to restaurants, the boardwalk and Rudees Inlet for a dolphin boat tour. Dance competition at convention center

Anthony is a wonderful host! He was responsive and the house was perfect for our needs. 4 adults and 3 children (17 year olds) traveled from Wilmington NC for a dance competition being held at the convention center. This house was minutes away from the convention center and only 2 blocks away from the beach. The house was clean and had all the things needed to make a week long stay go smooth. Highly recommend!
