Chwerthin Y Mor beach house offers chilled-out coastal living with a surfing influence and all the comforts of modern living. One of our most popular homes and massively improved in 2022, including a balcony. Quirky, stylish and more than a little bit special, this FAB upside down beach front house could not be closer to the shoreline, just a few paces away through the garden gate and onto the sandy beach!

It is the ideal base for your perfect holiday, summer or winter. If you are into surfing or any other water-sports, this unique property is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales. Once you've ridden the waves, chill out on the patio watching the dolphins play and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

The ground floor contains two double bedrooms, tastefully furnished with a coastal style furniture.

The bathroom is newly refurbished with a with high spec power shower, tiled floor to ceiling. There is also a travel cot & high chair.

OUTSIDE
Outside there are:

Good sized patio with BBQ
4 directors chairs
A big picnic table and benchs ideal for sunbathing and al-fresco dining.
The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset.

There is a small driveway to the front of the property with parking for one car plus on road parking for more.
