The house consists of two independent apartments that can be rented separately or together. Each apartment has three double bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, so each one can accommodate from 2 to 8 people and up to 15 people in the whole house. The house has several terraces at different levels, all equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. It is a perfect place to relax after touring around Malaga. The house is located on a very quiet street in an authentic neighborhood, where the neighbors are from Malaga and not just tourists. The neighborhood has all the necessary services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, etc. and the center is only 10 minutes away on foot.
The second floor of the property has a very quiet and private back terrace that borders the countryside. The flat also has a front terrace with a swing. The central room is the dining kitchen with a wood stove and access to the terrace. The flat has three double bedrooms and a separate living room with a sofa bed.
The house has stairs, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Quiet neighborhood. Many small cafes and restaurants where locals gathered. Great deli , grocery store and fruit/vegetable shops. Listing needs to be updated- only one set of bunkbeds (so doesn’t sleep 8) , no BBQ grill on second floor, no printer, host requested we not contact her but contact Alvaro instead. Most important there was no mention of all the steps . After walking up a steep hill we had to climb 2 flights of cement steps without proper handrails - there were 43 steps . A mobility issue would have made the climb very difficult if not impossible. We were unable to carry our check in suitcases up or down the stairs . Alvaro and an Uber driver did this for us. This is an important issue in deciding whether or not to rent this property. We would definitely not have rented it as we are close to 80 years old. It was a challenge every time we went out and especially carrying groceries up . We would definitely not recommend a stay there. We rented it for 6 weeks.

Thank you for your comments. I'd like to clarify a few points: the house description mentions stairs, which is also visible in the photos. None of my family members, who are around 70 years old, have any problems with stairs. If you had asked me about mobility issues, I would have advised against renting the house.
In the listing, I explain that I'm from Málaga, but I live in Norway, so obviously, I can't personally receive guests. However, they are welcome to contact me at any time.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There are three double bedrooms and a separate living room with a double sofa bed, as stated in the description.

Lovely flat
We stayed in Ana's flat in April '17. It was absolutely lovely and I'm so glad we chose it. Everything about the flat and communication with Ana and her friend Angel was brilliant. I highly recommend it.
Nice, clean appartment at a good location. It is a good walk from city centre and beach. It would be nice if comfortable sunbeds would also be available on the second floor appartment. City Buses to the Center are handy and frequent.
Our family very much enjoyed the comforts of Villa Salud during our five day stay in Malaga. It felt like staying in the home of a friend rather than a hotel. We loved the back terrace where we could enjoy a meal, the sun during the cool of morning as well as a shady place to sit and read in the hot afternoon. Though climbing the two flights from the street to reach the front door was a challenge for the 70+ year-old grandparents in our group, it was worth it!
Absolutely great house, great host great surrundings. We didnt miss anything, everything was there. Great communication with Ana, all her tips really helped us. Beatiful evening on the terrace. Highly recomended property
The owners were very responsive, apartment was spacious and clean, and very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic pantry items. The location was great, quiet and peaceful but close enough to town to walk in. Plaza Merced is around 15 min walk away and it's a great place to spend an evening people watching. The internet was strong enough for me to attend my 3hr online class in a video call with no problem. Patios on the front and back of the house, extra bathroom and washing machine off the back patio, this was an excellent place to stay.

The apartment has a good ...
The apartment has a good location for a successful stay in Malaga, quiet area, close to shops and local restaurants. The city center is within walking distance, taxi approximately 6 Euro. The apartment is modern and well equipped with all the equipment needed for a sucessful stay. Nice secluded terrace at the rear of the apartment with the possibility of grilling. Wireless Internet worked perfectly.

"This apartment is the perfect place for exploring Malaga. The neighbourhood is tranquile, cosy, beautiful and with a friendly atmosphere. It takes 10 min to walk to the city centre/ the Picasso Museum and another 10 to get to the beach.
We stayed with two small kids and the patio/terrace is nice for lazy afternoons. The house including the kitchen is very well equipped (also with children stuff) and the people renting it helpful with all the questions we had. We recommend it!"
