LIVING & EATING
On the first floor is the main open plan living area/kitchen. The very comfortable sitting room is completed by a spectacular projector screen which comes down from the ceiling in front of the windows. A stunning roof terrace is situated two floors up and gives wonderful views over Notting Hill.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There is one main bedroom in this home with a standard UK double bed (4.5 wide) and a stunning en-suite bathroom complete with a free-standing bath and shower. A small terrace is accessed from the main bedroom. On the ground floor, there is a study with a fold-down double bed. (Given the size and configuration of this space, which is not a self-contained bedroom, it's only suitable for one occupant.) This bedroom is served by an elegant shower room, which doubles as a steam room.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This property is set across three floors with stairs between each. There is also a roof terrace that is only accessible via some steep wooden stairs.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
St Lukes Mews is tucked away off Westbourne Park Road and is a few minutes' walk from the heart of Portobello Road. Forgoing beyond your Notting Hill neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk from the house will bring you to Westbourne Park station to access the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Notting Hill Gate station is 15 minutes on foot from the house, and here you can access the Central and District lines.

IVY NOTES
You enter the house via an entrance garage, and a security camera covers this room, though, of course, there is no coverage once you pass this room and enter the main house.
