Casa Maesa, a spacious and beautifully located house directly on the tranquil La Concha beach. Located in a quiet residential area with direct access to the 15 km seafront promenade of Lanzarote, it is just steps away from restaurants, cafés, and shops, ideal for both relaxing and exploring.

This cozy, light-filled house offers two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, an open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, and more. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV, with access to apps like Netflix and HBO (use your own accounts or Firestick).

The outdoor space includes a private terrace with a barbecue, as well as access to a shared community pool and well-maintained gardens, perfect for enjoying the island's sun.

The fresh air conditioning is available through a coin system, which gives you total control over its use for a cool and pleasant indoor environment. Recharge at our expense.

The base rate includes up to 2 guests; make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of people, as additional guests incur a nightly fee. Once booked, you will be invited to complete a simple online registration, after which you will receive a digital welcome guide with arrival instructions and local recommendations.

Your stay includes a preparation and cleaning service upon arrival, with fresh bed linens, additional blankets, shower and beach towels, and an initial set of essential items such as shower gel, body lotion, toilet paper, and garbage bags. These items are not replenished during your stay.
