This modern accommodation has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.The villa is located in the Montgó area, thanks to which the views from the accommodation are unbeatable.It has a beautiful garden with a barbecue and an infinity pool, as well as garden furniture (sunbeds, table, chairs, etc.) so that guests can fully enjoy the facilities the villa offers.The house has satellite TV (German/Spanish), wifi, central heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.Upon entering the villa, we find the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, all open and with direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, various utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.In the hallway, we find the toilet, and if we continue, we can see the first en-suite bedroom with a double bed.Going up the stairs, we find the second bedroom with a double bed, also en-suite, with shower and bathtub in the bathroom.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
