3 Bedroom 2 bath home 5 minutes to Windsor launch ramp. A short ride to trails, great for fall/winter/spring ATV exploration. 70' RV/ Boat driveway to park your toys. BBQ, Griddle, patio set with ceiling fans for outside dining. Front porch is great for your morning coffee. 65" living room television. All bedrooms equipped with TVs and cal king mattresses. Shuffleboard in common area. 2nd bath equipped with tub. Garage includes full access to washer/dryer and 220 car charger port. Cleaning services will be provided at the end of your stay. NO PETS unless otherwise permitted by owner. Violation of the no pet policy will result in $500 additional charge.

Monthly rates (October- Dec): $2000 per month. 1 month minimum. Contact owner with any additional questions or special date requests.

The neighborhood is quite with little traffic. The neighbors are all great and keep a eye out.

What makes this property unique

The ample boat parking and being a corner lot. Very easy to back you boat/ trailer and vehicle onto our RV pad without having to be on the street. We have sec cameras to keep a eye on your boat at night for added peace of mind.
