This home is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly as listing states. Michelle was a great host and very helpful and very responsive to messages. Backyard is just stunning and the view was just WOW! Plenty of parking/boat parking. Will definitely be planning a trip again just to go back to this house.

They did not disclose that the 3rd bedroom (queen bunk beds) was detached from the rest of the house. Some of our members felt secluded from the rest of our group. 3rd bedroom also doesn't have a closet, so it legally cannot be considered a bedroom. Pool instructions in the binder at the property were vague. Got charged twice for accidentally turning on the spa while trying to turn on the waterfalls.

I'm sorry your members felt secluded being in the outside room. There is a dresser and hanging rack in the room so it can be and is considered a bedroom. The buttons that control the waterfall and spa are clearly marked Spa and waterfall so I'm sorry if someone pressed the wrong button but we don't know if people hit the wrong button that they aren't using the spa, so we have to charge. II will update the listing to clarify that this is a detached casita..
