Rip Off

The owner took our money for a 28 day reservation for 3 professionals in our 60s about 6 weeks prior to the reservation date. The day before we flew to England we could not contact the owner. When we finally contacted VRBO they were eventually able to get in contact with the owner. He told them he could not accommodate us so we were left without any where to stay one day prior to our 28 day stay in Brighton.
