A few steps from wonders such as the Colosseum, the Domus Aurea, the church of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo's Moses, the Roman Forum, the Quirinal.

The house is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) and has a wonderful private terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, 1 queen size bedroom with air conditioning , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined to a double bed if necessary) with air conditioning , a living room with air conditioning, table and chairs, sofa, armchair, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

Parquet in all rooms.

Guests will enjoy free use of newly installed air conditioning , Wi-Fi internet, heating, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, bed linens and towels, hairdryer, iron.

Cavour metro stop is a 5-minute walk, Termini station is a 15-minute walk . With a few minutes walk (or with a few bus stops) you can reach the Colosseum (10 min walk), via del Corso, the shopping street, near the Quirinale, the Trevi Fountain (10 min walk), Trinità dei Monti, Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps

From the airports (both Fiumicino and Ciampino) you can easily get to the apartment by train or bus to Termini station, and then the house is a 15-minute walk or 1 metro stop (line B) and a 5-minute walk.

On request we can provide a pick-up service with a private driver (with Van or car) who can wait for guests inside the airport, at the arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.

Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old) to be paid by cash at check-in.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
