The villa "Can Grenat" is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It offers impressive views of the villages of Selva and Caimari. It is just 5 minutes from Selva and 10 minutes from Inca, where you can find all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.



This large estate of 26,000 m2 is perfect for families, groups of friends, or cyclists. Its location is excellent, with the nearest beach just 20 minutes away by car. You can visit all the towns in the Sierra de Tramuntana, take great bicycle rides, and go on excursions. The house is 270 m2, with 400 m2 of terrace and a 10x5 meter pool where you can cool off during your stay.



The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a changing room next to the pool. You can also play ping pong or table football during your free time.

We were all very satisfied with our stay! There was enough space for everyone, and the accommodation was very clean and tidy. The host was very nice and helpful. The location was a bit out of the way, but this provided us with plenty of peace and quiet, which we really enjoyed. The accommodation lacked nothing. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Peaceful location in the center of the beautiful island Mallorca

Our trip with a group of 11 People was great. The bedrooms are clean and well equiped. The kitchen offers all things you need to cook for the whole stay. The outdoor area around the pool is great for chilling and dining in the evenings. A rental car is mandatory since you have to ride some km to the next supermarket. The communication with Arnau is great. He will welcome you at your stay and if you have any problems you can always reach out to him. We can recommend 10/10

Perfekt für einen Urlaub in einer größeren Gruppe, ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht und vor allem die Küche auch gut ausgestattet. Die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage hat den Aufenthalt auch sehr angenehm gestaltet. Highlight ist der schöne Pool, an dem jedoch etwas mehr Schatten toll gewesen wäre und der etwas sauberer hätte sein könnte. Ebenfalls etwas verbesserungsbedürftig ist die W-LAN Abdeckung im Haus. Die Abwicklung mit Villafy verlief gut, Kommunikation immer hilfreich und schnell. Lediglich Informationen hinsichtlich der Abfallentsorgung hätten besser kommuniziert werden können. Trotz dessen hatten wir in der Finca einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
