Luxury Home in Durbuy with Valley View & Pool

Ard'View-Durbuy is a luxury holiday home with an indoor swimming pool and a unique view over the valley. Durbuy is easily accessible via the Ravel cycling and walking paths (5 km) and offers all possibilities of restaurants, terraces, activities indoors and outdoors.

After a refreshing dive in the indoor pool, or relax quietly in the infrared cabin, it is wonderful to relax on the terrace, which offers a unique panoramic view over the Famenne region and the Ourthe valley. The house is stylishly furnished with a large open living room with open kitchen, lounge and pool billiards. The living room overlooks the indoor pool and the unique view through the large windows. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons (double bed Queen size). Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a shower room.

This property does not accept youth and male groups. After 10 pm absolute silence is required outside (electronic control). In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund.
Pets not allowed.

Check in MANDATORY between 15.30 and 16.30 for control and explanation pool.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het is een prachtige woning! Mooie kamers, badkamers, ongelofelijk mooie bovenruimte! Jammer genoeg zijn er geen muggenramen, dat beperkte de mogelijkheden om de woning te verluchten en koel te houden. Van zodra 's avonds de ramen open gingen om wat af te koelen, vlogen de hoornaars talrijk (etc) binnen. Dat brak de sfeer wel wat... hoornaars worden aangetrokken door lichtbronnen in de avond. We konden 's avonds enkel alle ramen sluiten, waardoor de woning enorm warm werd. Buiten zitten kon enkel in pikkedonker zonder enige lichtbron. Overdag viel het zeker mee. Maar het is wel belangrijke feedback. Investeren in muggenramen overal zou wel geen overbodige luxe zijn. Service en bereikbaarheid van het agentschap ter plaatse was perfect!!

Top huisje, mooi uitzicht en veel voorzieningen. Ik heb het idee dat er in het verleden overlast is geweest omdat er een decibelmeter hing. Tip om overlast te voorkomen is het plaatsen van een airco. Het was erg warm binnen ivm het goede weer. Hierdoor moet men buiten gaan zitten of de ramen open doen. Ook was er iets mis met de bekabeling van de tv want het scherm bleef knipperen. Voor de rest was alles perfect en hebben we het super naar ons zin gehad :)

Positiv Lage, Pool, Sauna, Billard, Küche, etc. top! Haus ist sehr modern. Negativ Leider störender Abwassergeruch in den 2 Bädern im Schlafzimmer. Feuchtes Tuch auf Abfluss in der Dusche gelegt, dann gings. Matratzen sehr weich Strumpf unterm Bett gefunden Es war immer sehr warm im Poolbereich.

Het was een geweldig familieweekend in Ard'View, mede dankzij de fantastische villa. Bij aankomst waren we zelfs na het zien van de foto's zéér verrast. Het zwembad, de grote living met poolbiljart, de keuken, de slaapkamers, de badkamers waren niet alleen heel schoon maar ook fantastisch ingericht en super voor ons, onze kinderen en kleinkinderen.
