Villa Santuiri is a charming villa that promises privacy and the best amenities so that your only mission is to lie in the sun, share a barbecue with family or friends, or enjoy the excellent Mallorcan weather by its pool. With beautiful mountain views, a stone facade, and a style that combines rustic and modern elements, Villa Santuiri is the ideal place to spend a few days.



The entrance to the house is a long hallway, with a large living room to the right, featuring a long table. Enjoy time with family and friends, and choose whether you prefer to eat inside or outside. In the same living room, there are comfortable armchairs where you can read a good book, watch a TV program, or play a board game. There is a large window and sliding glass doors that provide great natural light. From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace and pool area.



On the other side of the hallway, there is a door leading to a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also a table with chairs and a door that provides access to the laundry room.



From the house entrance, to the left, there is a long hallway with a door at the end that leads to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are three rooms, each with two beds. All rooms are spacious, with white walls, built-in closets, wooden beam ceilings, and well-lit. All property bathrooms are equipped with a shower.



The stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a spacious balcony.



All rooms include air conditioning with hot/cold settings. In accordance with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has scheduled air conditioning in all units from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. WiFi is included.



One of the highlights of Villa Santuiri is its outdoor space. There, you will find a private pool with a solarium, a beautiful terrace with a large table and armchairs to enjoy summer nights, a billiards table, and a ping pong table for playing and having fun. Additionally, there is a covered barbecue with all the amenities to put your best culinary recipes into practice.



Villa Santuiri is located less than 2 kilometers from the old town of Pollensa and just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa.



In Pollença, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic city. Enjoy the surroundings at night and participate in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits, and spices abound.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing under the sun or, for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply "Cala," as locals know it), there is a mini-market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences, and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.

Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with each booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price.
