A fresh "nautical feel" ground floor apartment that will immediately make you feel connected to the seaside. A short stroll to Eastbourne's traditional pier and town centre with an ice cream parlour only yards away from this spacious apartment!

A traditional seafront elegant Victorian building with self contained apartments offering full use and independence.
Guest access
All you need is within walking distance such as cafes/ restaurants including beachfront dining/ entertainment such as the Eastbourne pier and a wealth of shops/ theatres and the famous bandstand
Other things to note
Based on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment.

Eastbourne hosts the famous Airborne show in August and the much televised Women’s Tennis competition in June so book early if you would like to see either.

Great !

Very comfortable apartment in a good location (seafront). Appreciable welcome booklet. The Seven Sisters cliffs are breathtaking (accessible on foot or by bus if you don't have a car like us).

Süße Wohnung in altem Gebäude

Knuffige kleine Wohnung in historischem Gebäude - mit all den Nachteilen, die so ein Gebäude mit sich bringt: schlechte Belüftung und veraltete Sanitäranlagen. Die Vermieterin war ganz ausgezeichnet und hat sich richtig viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Zum Strand ist es nur einmal über die Straße. Auch für die Hunde war es prima, da man bis zum 1. Mai mit ihnen an den Strand darf.
