This beautiful detached house offers a panoramic view of Guldborgsund and lies only about 5.5 km from the wide sandy beach in Marielyst. A natural path leads directly down to the water, where you can swim in the sea, go kayaking or canoeing, and enjoy excellent fishing opportunities right at the shore. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by stunning sea views from both the living room and the kitchen. The house is bright and spacious, featuring modern interiors and access to two terraces. The large living room is designed with an open-plan kitchen and cooking island, perfectly placed to enjoy the panoramic views while preparing meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer, ideal for storing freshly caught fish. The living area also includes free Wi-Fi, a large TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth, and a sound system, making it perfect for cozy evenings. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, ensuring comfort all year round. A utility room provides a washing machine and dryer. The property offers three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has direct access to an en-suite bathroom. In total, there are two modern bathrooms, both tastefully fitted. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
