A natural path leads directly down to the water, where you can swim in the sea, go kayaking or canoeing, and enjoy excellent fishing opportunities right at the shore. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by stunning sea views from both the living room and the kitchen. The house is bright and spacious, featuring modern interiors and access to two terraces. The large living room is designed with an open-plan kitchen and cooking island, perfectly placed to enjoy the panoramic views while preparing meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer, ideal for storing freshly caught fish. The living area also includes free Wi-Fi, a large TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth, and a sound system, making it perfect for cozy evenings. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, ensuring comfort all year round. A utility room provides a washing machine and dryer. The property offers three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has direct access to an en-suite bathroom. In total, there are two modern bathrooms, both tastefully fitted.
