Ho avuto veramente un grosso problema di comunicazione con la proprietaria della struttura. Abituata alla calorosa ospitalità sarda, mi sono trovata ad avere a che fare con un, per usare un eufemismo, molto poco empatica signora umbra. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un malore mentre ero nel cortile antistante l'appartamento, probabilmente un colpo di sole mentre mi occupavo di alcune piante sofferenti e sono svenuta. Una vicina ha chiamato il 118 che è intervenuto dopo poco. Sono stati chiamati anche i pompieri perché non era possibile far passare la barella dal portoncino e hanno forzato il cancello per potermi portare in ospedale in caso fosse necessario. Fortunatamente non è stato il caso. La signora era terribilmente contrariata per il cancello, che comunque abbiamo provveduto a far sistemare a nostre spese. Il giorno seguente si è purtroppo otturata la pompa dello scarico e la signora era su tutte le furie e, benché avessimo sistemato a nostre spese un malfunzionamento dovuto soprattutto all usura, costei accompagnata dal figlio, hanno fatto irruzione in casa e voleva cacciarci di casa intimandoci di lasciare l appartamento il giorno seguente, ossia a meta permanenza. Le motivazioni erano il cancello, la pompa di scarico e il disordine nell appartamento. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere l intervento di un avvocato per far valere i nostri diritti. La casa è stata lasciata immacolata. La signora abita di sopra, per cui non è una villetta indipendente, ma la taverna della villa

Location bien située. Dommage que la cafetière électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Obligation de faire du café a l'ancienne sur la gazinière. Le lave linge n'est pas accessible il faut demander la clé à la propriétaire car il se trouve dans une piece fermée qui se trouve pourtant dans la location et elle vient refermer dès que la lessive est terminée. Il n'y a pas de verre à vin et très peu de verres à eau nous avons été obligés d'en redemander deux. Sinon il y a des verres en plastique. Et une seule grande cuillère.

Vorrei fare alcune precisazioni sulla sua recensione. Innanzi tutto la macchina del caffè elettrica non era prevista sugli elettrodomestici a disposizione degli ospiti. La lavatrice è scritto che è a disposizione su richiesta poiché è in un ambiente non a disposizione degli ospiti. I bicchieri da vino non sono previsti, la dotazione della cucina prevede un servizio di piatti e bicchieri da 6 persone , posate, pentole ,tazze e tazzine da caffè più vari utensili per la cucina.
