Pictures don't tell the story

The apartment isn't in the best location and the building is bit rough. I'm not sure when the pictures were taken but the current condition is much worse than what's in the pictures. The couch has a nasty white stain on it, the countertop in one of the bathrooms has a big chunk missing, baseboards are stained and overall it felt dirty, neglected and poorly maintained. We decided to book a couple of hotel rooms after we arrived so we didn't stay. On a positive note, the property management group was very responsive.

Good apartment

Apartment is clean and spacious. Checking in process was unnecessarily complicated - we were a group arriving at different times and were told to go to the italianway offices to check in. Turns out we could have gone straight to the apartment as you are given codes to get in. Location is good. Would stay here again.
