Great central location. Didn't realize until the last day there was a small grocery in our building. All the rooms were comparable. Nice base to explore Brera.Gate entry could be a bit glitchy and if you are a light sleeper, the second floor in the city center can be a challenge.

Family vacation 2023

This is a lovely, ROOMY apartment which comfortably fit our family of 5. There was some issues with the heating, there could be some more blankets available. Other than that this was a perfect location for dining and sightseeing! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The apartment is centrally located in a great neighborhood. Especially if you want to hangout and drink at good restaurants. It gets very noisy at night until 2a. The air conditioner in the one room was broken and not much staff could do. The hot water only worked at check in then we did not have any hot water for our stay. The house looked in better shape in the pictures then it was.

Noisy

This place was noisy. The street noise kept us awake at night. The walls are thin so you can hear the showers running and others talking, coughing or playing music in the next room. There’s no laundry soap so we bought some and disinfectant spray because the toilet overflowed. The good thing is we had enough soap to wash the towels that we used for the flood on the floor.

the smell....

this place had a sewage smell coming from every drain, kitchen sink and bathrooms. Kitchen was very small and basic, it was part of living room. Somewhat surprising. Also no freezer. when we checked in after a hot day, the place was like an oven. No one turned on the AC. when we did turn them on, the ACs were very weak and some of the rooms didn't even have it. That plus smell. we had to leave after the first night.

Appartement spacieux, bien placé, à 10-15min à pied du El Duomo.Par contre appartement mal isolé, on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue.Appartement propre, draps aussi, bonne literie.Par contre, il restait des affaires des locataires précédents (dont McDo).

O apartamento é muito maior do que parece mas fotografias. É muito bonito e espaçoso, está inserido numa zona muito calma e bonita, perto de tudo. Os anfitriões estão sempre disponíveis para responder a qualquer dúvida e para ajudar.O único ponto negativo é o barulho do exterior.

Nous avons beaucoup de problèmes pour récupérer un trousseau de clefs. Nous ne pouvions sortir avec des codes qui nous avaient été transmis. 1 seul jeu de clefs pour le groupe. Insuffisant. Appartement spacieux mais très bruyant. Équipement de la cuisine très insuffisant. Pas de four , juste un micro ondes. La cafetière nespresso, au bout de 2 cafés, coulait goutte à goutte. La plaque de cuisson fonctionnait mal. Pas de grille pain . Kit de cuisine pas suffisant pour 4 jours. Pas de produit de lave vaisselle. Seule la situation de l’appartement dans le centre-ville ne nous a pas déçus. En un mot location très chère pour les prestations.
