The spacious, fenced 1,000 m² garden is designed with families in mind, featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ, SAT-TV, table football, table tennis and mini golf—plenty of activities for all ages to enjoy. Ideal for two families travelling together, the house consists of two fully equipped apartments with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total, each offering air-conditioning, bright living rooms, kitchens and balconies.

A small pet is welcome on request, making the home suitable for the whole family.

The Neighborhood:
The inland of Istria is a region of rolling hills, vineyards and quiet stone villages where traditional Istrian life is beautifully preserved. At its centre lies Žminj, a welcoming town known for its peaceful atmosphere and rich heritage. Visitors can explore medieval churches with frescoes, charming lanes and local farms offering homemade wine, cheese and olive oil. Scenic cycling and walking trails lead past forests, fields and the traditional stone huts called kažuni. Every August, Žminj comes alive during Bartulja, the region’s beloved folk festival celebrating music, food and local culture.
