Welcome to the top of this beautiful fishing village, close to the beach and the village, in a quiet and landscaped area with free parking, is Casa da Cerca, an apartment with lots of light and comfort with a terrace and a balcony. On the terrace you will find a barbecue, garden table and chairs, reading area and swing bed. In summer or winter, you can hear the birds singing here from morning until night. Air-conditioned living room with air conditioning and fireplace, blackout curtains, Smart cable TV with local and international channels and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (fiber), work desk with ergonomic chair, suitable for digital workers,
Elegant and functional decor including a 1.90mx1.40m double bed, always tidy and closed during the day.

You will need to inform us of your estimated arrival time and confirm with us that it will be met 30 minutes before.
Arrivals after 7:00p.m. They pay R$20 in cash for those who check in. There are no check-ins after 11:00 p.m. if they are not scheduled with us and all the requirements for self check-in are met.
Guests will be welcomed by the person who has been with us on this project for 12 years, Sandra Pinheiro, who is a local person. She will give a presentation of the house, will be able to give some local tips and after all the legal requirements have been met, she will hand over the keys, allowing them to move in. privacy to enjoy your stay, but the owners are just a call/message away if you need anything.

This HOUSE is IDEAL for those who want to walk along the cliffs, enjoy and swim in paradisiacal beaches with beautiful caves. Here you will find a place preserved from the stress of tourist spots, calm and peaceful, but with fun very close by.
It is also a great option for longer stays in the winter months (available for up to 2 people only).
Perfect for families, friends or couples looking to share a holiday, up to a maximum of 4 people, every child counts. No parties or pets are allowed and it is a "non-smoking" apartment.
POPULAR FOR LONG STAYS IN WINTER
For long stays (28 nights or more) from November to April, utilities such as electricity and water will be charged according to customer usage and paid via the platform.
Long-term stay includes cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 10 days.
Possibility of providing extra cleaning services, at your expense.
FERRAGUDO is a small fishing village that shares the Arade River with Portimão. Between these two banks you will have the privilege of crossing the river aboard a Taxi Boat that provides a fantastic ride from the Ferragudo pier to the Promenade or the Portimão Marina, or both and return whenever you want.
One of the advantages of choosing Ferragudo, for those who want to see the Algarve from end to end (from Barlavento to Sotavento) is that we are right in the middle of the Algarve, being able to move from one side to the other each day, but when the time comes to rest, we have a quality place to make the most of the gastronomy and make the most of the environment.
CLIMATE of ALGARVE
The Algarve, located in the extreme south of Portugal, offers beautiful beaches and glorious sunshine almost all year round. With around 300 days of sunshine per year and idyllic temperatures averaging 14ºC in winter and between 28ºC and 30ºC in summer, rarely falling below 10ºC in winter.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
This property is legally registered with Turismo de Portugal and as such the owners are required by Portuguese law to register all guests (as is done in hotels) with SEF/AIMA, which is the foreigners and borders authority. You will receive the SEF form to fill out and hand over to the owner upon arrival. We appreciate your cooperation.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX: All people aged thirteen and over will have to pay the tourist tax. This municipal tax costs €2/person/night up to a maximum of 7 nights, €14 per stay between April 1st and October 31st and €1 from November 1st to March 31st.
Payment will be made at check-in as long as it has not been charged up to that point.
The receipt issued by us will also reflect this fee, although this tax is for Lagoa City Council.
