Apartment of 70 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 600 meters from the center of Dijon.
Loft of 70 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 located on the ground floor. You will find an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) the work surface is granite, mirror in facade. Parquet in oak and burgundy stone in the living room, sofa bed of 1m60, mezzanine bedroom, bed of 1m60, walk-in shower of 1m80, terrace with a garden furniture.
Dijon capital of Burgundy with a rich historical and architectural heritage you will discover the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy located 700 meters from the apartment, right next to the Museum of Fine Arts. The market is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 900 metres from the apartment. the Church of Our Lady, it is located 600 meters from the apartment, it is on a buttress of the Church that you can admire the famous Owl.

Perfect little apartment walking distance to the heart of Dijon. Easy check in, very clean. A few notes, the staircase to the bed is narrow and may not be for everyone. If arriving for the weekend much of the area is closed for business on Sunday and Monday. Also there are two amazing restaurants very nearby, Cave and L’Evidence. Don’t skip these spots, the best meals we ate the entire week. Also shop at NoMa nearby for handmade pottery.

A perfect apartment that you never want to leave.

The attention to detail and subtle luxuries , like that beautiful chandelier, made our time in the apartment as wonderful as our time exploring Dijon. We loved the outdoor space of this property and were afforded wonderful weather to enjoy it. We felt very safe and the people in the area were very respectful to short stay guests.

I had a great stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly—no issues at all. It really felt like a home away from home. The only thing that could have made the experience even better was receiving check-in and check-out information a bit earlier—perhaps a day in advance. I only received those details after reaching out via email. That said, the replies were very helpful and clearly explained everything I needed to know.

We would live here if we could !!

This property is even better than the pictures present. The care to detail and effect was greatly appreciated. The host recommended us two restaurants at our check - in and they were both amazing, using locally sourced products. The weather cooperated so we were able to enjoy the outdoor patio space . An added positive feature to this property. The only caution that I would give is the stairs to the loft bedroom .They were not a problem for us , but something to keep in mind.

Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de voir notre hôte car nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée, mais une boîte à clef est à disposition pour les arrivées tardives. Très très beau logement, mêlant un style vintage et moderne, très bien agencé. Lieu très agréable, cosy. On s'y est senti comme chez nous. Si le temps le permet, il y a un petit jardin. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir. Location à conseiller vivement. Petit bémol par rapport au stationnement, mais notre hôte nous a donné des conseils. Très belle ville à découvrir.

Am Ende war es in Ordunung

Der Aufenthalt war ganz in Ordnung. Allerdings war die Kommunikation mit dem Host extrem schlecht. Es kam keine Antwort auf eine Buchungsänderungsanfrage. Weiterhin kamen keine Check-in-Informationen. Am Anreisetag habe ich beim Host diese Informationen per SMS, Mail und telefonisch angefragt. Auf SMS und Mail wurde stundenlang nicht reagiert. Bei der Telefonnummer ging die Mailbox an und meine Bitte um Rückruf wurde nicht beachtet. Nachdem ich dann Fewo-direkt darüber informiert hatte, reagierte der Host. Ich musste zirka 1,5 Stunden warten, bevor ich die Check-in-Informationen erhalten hatte und in die Wohnung kam. Wertvolle Urlaubszeit ging verloren und der Tag begann mit Stress. Weiterhin wurden mir vom Host zunächst 15 EUR für angebliche Haustiere berechnet, die es nicht gab. Diesen Betrag habe ich allerdings auch wieder rückerstattet bekommen. Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings sind die Stühle an der Küchentheke brüchig und teilweise defekt. Die Terrassenmöbel sind extrem verwittert und eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Normalerweise schreibe ich nur Bewertungen, wenn ich diese auch positiv verfassen kann. Dieser Aufenthalt jedoch konnte nicht kommentarlos bleiben, da vor allem der Check-in eine reine Katastrophe war.Vorangegangene Bewertungen zur schnellen/reibungslosen Kommunikation mit dem Host kann ich jedenfalls in keinster Weise bestätigen. Ich möchte aber erwähnen, das der Host nach dem Check-in nochmal telefonisch nachgefragt hat, ob alles okay ist.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung und trotzdem super zentral. Abends kann manostat eine private Terrasse nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war unkompliziert und nett. Sehr empfehlenswert!
