Spectacular renovated loft with rustic style in the heart of the city. Fully equipped to spend perfect days visiting the city.
You will enjoy a space equipped with everything you need for a stay in total comfort for two people, a few meters from the heart of the city and the perfect tranquility to rest.
-You will enjoy a cozy space with a 1.35cm double bed, wardrobe, dining table, tv, high speed internet, air conditioning and exterior views.
- Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare what you need. You will have at your disposal a modern washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and a ceramic hob along with complete crockery and cutlery.
- Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.
The apartment is fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.
The apartment is located in a beautiful building, very quiet and with exterior windows to Noviciado Street. It has an elevator although it is on the first floor. . Access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and efficient system.
Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trends. You can walk through one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in all of Madrid, as well as being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.
You have the Noviciado Metro Station just 80 meters from the apartment. ; Nearby is also the San Bernardo, Plaza de España and Santo Domingo Metro Station with different connections to the entire city. You also have several nearby bus stops to move around the city.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the building and the apartment is through an access code created only for you during your stay, you will not need to use keys.

No service or guidance. You need to trust this system, because you are on your own.
There is a complete lack of communication with apartment owner - renter agency, or whoever manages the property. Everything is done over messaging in this site.
At the end, the apartment/ loft is cute, and has pretty much all I needed. The entrance to the building and apartment, is all through lock number, and you don’t know who else has the number, besides you. A bit unusual the whole experience. Thank you
