Very clean property. It should be noted that the apartment sits above a bar and night club and there is a significant amount of noise from midnight to approximately 3 a.m. in the morning.

The location made it very easy to get around the city. The unit was nice, but not sunny like mentioned. All the windows were frosted. In fairness there wasn’t a great view from it, but it hindered light from coming in. On a side note, the unit is across from a nightclub and very loud from about 10pm to 3 am. But we loved Madrid!!

Une odeur nauséabonde vous accueille et vous accompagne pendant tout votre sejour.L'insonorisation inexistante au premier etage d'une sortie de bar vous permettra de ne pas fermer l'oeil la nuit. Le reste est conforme a l'annonce.

Overall fantastic location, very easy to get to and from major sites (Retiro, Plaza Mayor, museums) and tons of shops and restaurants close by. It was also really easy to find taxis when we needed to go somewhere we couldn’t walk to. The host was responsive and the place was very clean. And considering the price we would have had to pay for two rooms in a hotel with four adult sized family members (one parent, three teens), the price was excellent, especially for the location. It was a little tight for the four of us, but since we only came back to rest and sleep it was not a problem!
