Upstairs: living room cinema screen 100 '', 1 bedroom 140x200 bed with storage cupboard, 1 bedroom trundle bed 2 people with storage cupboard, bathroom with large walk-in shower, basin; fitted kitchen opening onto large dining / living room, 50 '' connected TV, sofa bed for 1/2 people, 8-seater table, 1 separate toilet;
On the ground floor: entrance hall, 1 master suite with 160x200 bed and 32 '' TV with bathroom, balneo-chromotherapy bath with storage cupboard and small lounge, separate toilet with mirror basin, 1 laundry room with washing machine drying linen, ironing board with steam generator, wine cellar, access to 1 studio consisting of a sleeping area with BZ 2 people and TV 28 '' with incorporated kitchenette (the studio can be independent with direct access to the outside by bay window but can also be used as a 4th bedroom by a second access giving directly into the house);

then outside, heated infinity pool with small pool equipped with a Hydromassage and Chromotherapy jet, exceptional panoramic view of the Bassin de Thau valley, Mont Saint-Clair and Gardiole, exotic and lush garden, beautiful and large terraces , barbecue, pool, hut, ... on landscaped grounds of 500m².

Magnifique villa

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines exceptionnelles au sein de la villa de Montbazin. Les équipements sont haut de gamme, la piscine magnifique et quel calme :) Mention spéciale au home cinéma en période de JO ! Pierre et Mélanie sont des hôtes hors pair et ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes. La villa est située à quelques minutes de Balaruc, centre commercial, et les plages sont à proximité. La ville de Sète est également proche et permet une jolie promenade. Bref allez-y les yeux fermés :)

Très chouette villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Montbazin. La maison est agréable avec de beaux espaces. Les propriétaires sont sympas, disponibles et attentifs aux demandes. Montbazin est un beau village avec une très bonne boulangerie et un magasin où l'on trouve les produits de base et même un peu plus. Un grand hyper se trouve aussi à proximité à Balaruc. L'accès à Montpellier se fait facilement dans un temps correct et la jolie ville Sète ainsi que l'Etang de Thau sont tout près.

Traumhaus in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus mit Freunden und unseren Kindern gebucht und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist mit sehr viel Herz eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Unser Lieblingsplatz war auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gegend, eingebettet in die Natur. Der tolle Grill wurde täglich genutzt. W-LAN, Fernseher und Musik waren bei den Teenis beliebt. 2. Lieblingsplatz war um den Pool mit den tollen Palmen, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren auch sehr gemütlich, durch die herrliche Ruhe haben wir alle sehr gut geschlafen. Einziger Minuspunkt war als Gruppe die Badaufteilung. Es gibt nur eine separate Dusche und ein Whirlpool mit Duschmöglichkeit, welches in ein Zimmer integriert ist und 2 Toiletten, das aber nur als Anmerkung und keine Kritik. Bäckerin und kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich im Ortskern. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Pierre war immer erreichbar, bei allen Rückfragen. Merci!

Très jolie maison avec superbe piscine, seul point négatif, le manque d’animations, commerces et restaurants dans le coin, obligé de prendre la voiture pour trouver un peu de vie. Mais le propriétaire est super et très disponible. La maison est très bien équipée.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus, der Garten und natürlich auch der Pool haben unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Abgesehen von sprachlichen Problemen, hat die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter sehr gut funktioniert. Das direkte Umfeld um das Haus ist wirklich extrem ruhig, also perfekte Erholung. Ein fast perfektes Haus dass doch an der ein oder anderen Stelle schon ein wenig abgelebt und verbraucht ist. Und leider wird es auch mit der Sauberkeit nicht so genau genommen.

Oase der Erholung

In dieser tollen Villa konnten wir uns mit zwei Familien wunderbar erholen. Die Räumlichkeiten mit ihrer Ausstattung haben unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Pool und den gepflegten Garten mit seinen schattenspendenden Palmen. Von der umlaufenden Terrasse haben wir jeden Abend den fantastischen Blick genossen. Von Montbazin aus konnte man in ca. 20 Minuten die Strände bei Sete erreichen. Wir haben auch Tagesausflüge nach Montpellier, Carcassonne und Avignon unternehmen können. Vielen Dank an Pierre, der uns mit seiner freundlichen Art empfangen und gute Tips gegeben hat. Diese Villa können wir ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Nice villa, beautiful views. Not everything at top level

Plus: beautiful views from different outside areas. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, situated near Montpellier and Sète. In the villa you will find some luxurious gadgets as a home cinema with surround sound and a large jacuzzi. Outside you will find some different areas where you can sit comfortly and enjoying the amazing views. Minus: the beds are not good and even very basic and conpletely not in line with the luxury appaerance of the villa. There is no wardrobe at the master bedroom. The cleaning could have been done better (there were even ants in the kitchen) and there are some overdue maintenance in and around the house. We also haven’t seen anyone during te stay, even not at arrival or departure. Only contact by e-mail and text messaging. To be clear. We really enjoyed the villa, but there are some remarks that have to be made, especially in this category villa’s.

Great villa in a quiet spot within good range of local attractions

The villa was very well positioned, in a quiet spot of Montbazin (all of Montbazin is pretty quiet!) and 30 minutes' drive from Montpellier. It suited our group very well as a base for a cycle holiday, with really nice cycling roads within easy reach to the north and west of Montbazin. The villa itself was well kept, with lots of tech gadgets like a film projector and a music system that could play in multiple rooms. The swimming pool was a lovely feature and was much enjoyed during the warm weather on our stay. A good cooker and barbecue so we were able to enjoy cooking at home. We had one couple with a baby and there was a cot and high chair that suited them well. Our host Pierre was very helpful and prompt with replies - everything worked well. Recommended.

Had a fantastic fortnight- Pierre was a great host. Villa lovely and clean inside and by the pool. A few iffy weather days but we just loved staying the pool and enjoying the local area! We will be back!!

Ideal für einen Entspannungsurlaub mit der Familie und Freunden

Tolle Villa für den entspannenden Familienurlaub. Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden, Stadtbesichtigungen in Montpellier und Sète sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Der Strand hinter Sète ist genial und Freizeitparks wie Aqualand sind immer einen Besuch Wert. Geheimtipp: Bei der kleinen Bäckerei im Dorf gibt's super Croissants und Baguette für's Frühstück und weitere total leckere Sachen. Am Abend dann noch ein Glas Wein am beleuchteten Pool und dem Tag fehlt nichts mehr.

Besser geht es nicht ! Top Villa, beheizter Pool, Strand nähe, Top Aussicht

Dies war bisher unser Schönste Villa die wir gemietet haben, sehr modern renoviert, Perfekte Lage, Prima Aussicht auf die Französischen Berge, keine 10-15 min vom Strand entfernt. Der Pool wird langsam tiefer, ideal für Kinder und ist beheizt. Kostenloses Wifi in der ganzen Villa, Fitnesstrainer, Weinkeller, Wunderschöne Küche, Wohnzimmer, Klimaanlage, schöne Betten, und das wichtigste, ein sehr netter Gastgeber Pierre der uns den einen und anderen guten Tipp gegeben hat. Der Garten ist Top angelegt und alles war Sauber. Sehr gerne wieder :-)
