Flats Friends Soho Suites is a one bedroom apartment with modern minimalist decor. The Soho Suites building is located in the center of the city, two minutes walk from the Central Market of Valencia and less than 10 minutes from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Cathedral. In addition, it has a private parking in the basement, perfect for parking in the center without worries. Parking is not included in the price and it is necessary to book in advance because spaces are limited.
The apartment has a capacity for four people, with a double room (option double bed or two singles subject to availability) and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two televisions.
The location of Flats Friends Soho Suites is perfect for discovering downtown on foot. The Angel Guimerà metro stop is less than 5 minutes away and the airport bus stops 2 minutes away. There are several bus lines nearby, as well as a pharmacy, two supermarkets, a bakery and numerous restaurants and cafes.
NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
