Villa SEOsol is located in Sant Jordi de Ses Salines. Beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms on a large plot (1000m2). It is divided into 2 areas with separate entrances: house (2 Floors) and an apartment. The man house has a very spacious and bright common area with access to the terrace and pool. The main house has a renovated kitchen, livingroom and dining area. The outside area has a pool with daybed, chill out area, outside bbq and dining area. There is enough space to park more than 4 cars.

The Villa offers 2 terraces, the main terrace at the swimming pool, the lounge terrace in the side yard, the BBQ area with large table for 12 pax and a cocktailbar in Balinese style, the ensuite master bedroom terrace and the rooftop area that overlooks the mountains with sea view. For every moment a broad choice of great spots!

Amazing Finca in a great spot

We had a wonderful time at the property. Everything was as described and the pictures are very accurate. Rens was a great host and very helpful in every aspect. Proximity to beaches, shops, clubs very convenient.

We can't wait to come back.

Our stay at the villa was fantastic. Rens was incredibly helpful and everything was perfectly organised. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the beds were very comfortable. Our group of friends had a wonderful time on the island, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful weather. Overall, it was a great experience.

After 7 years of exploring the globe I finally feel like I found a place where I could settle. I love what ibiza has to offer and all the different aspects of the island. In my spare time I enjoy dangling on rocks, wandering the mountains (ideally on skies) and finding new gems around the island on kayak. Currently I get to use all the skills I build up over time working as a property manager. I really enjoy hosting people and sharing the spots that make the island so special for me.

Why they chose this property

Ibiza basically offers it all. From jam-packed beach-clubs to secluded beaches, Michelin-quality restaurants to local affordable bars, beautiful hikes and many other outdoor activities. You can lay on the beach all day with a cocktail and party till the early morning, or enjoy the beautiful nature and scenery the island has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The villa; Can Seosol is the perfect base if you want to explore the island.
With restaurants and a supermarket nearby (10 - 15 min walk).
And the beach on a 5 minute drive.

Next to the grill area the house has a balinese style outdoor area with a large table that can seat more than 8 people. The perfect place to enjoy a nice evening together with your family or friends.
