Located 20 metres from the Palazzo Ducale and 50 metres from Sassari Cathedral, Civico2 is about 300 metres from the university area and about 800 metres from the hospitals. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without an lift, features a spacious living room with a double bed and a two-person sofa bed. The space is very bright, thanks to two large windows overlooking Piazza Santa Elisabetta. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
