The location is fantastic, the room is as pictured you are in very close walking proximity of nearly everything you want to see. The room has a great fan, figure out how to use it early on to keep the apartment cool.

We were greeted in person by Yadira who showed us the features of the apartment which is recently renovated. The mix of old (60 cm thick walls) and new ( lacquered cupboards) made it quite attractive. We were within a short walk to the Cathedral and the Royal Palace as well as to Mercado San Miguel and Playa Mayor. (All must-sees). The small apartment was just what we needed for 2 of us for a few days.

Perfect apartment in downtown Madrid

This VRBO was perfect for what I needed. Very clean and friendly - and quiet! The bed was very comfortable. It was chilly, so I used the space heater which worked wonderfully. The bathroom was lovely. I felt safe and very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Madrid!

It doesn’t get better than this apartment for a place to stay in Madrid. Immaculately clean, a perfect combination of modern (appliances, floors, bath and cabinets) and historic (exposed brick and stone walls), and an ideal location — a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and to the Royal Palace. You’re never more than a 10 Uber ride to anything in the city center—including the Prado Museum. And at night, it’s pin-drop quiet, so you’ll sleep well on the comfy bed. There’s a small grocery store less than 5 minutes away where you can get some things for breakfast. Also, the host was there to greet me when my car from the airport arrived and, thanks to Google translate, we were able to communicate well. This is truly one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment rental. I’d stay here again in a second!

The studio was very nice, super clean,with all the amenities you may need, big refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.It was close to el Palacio Real and walking distance to many places. I highly recommend it
