It has been fully refurbished and beautifully decorated throughout with modern design and a lot of consideration given to detail. There are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds and other with a double size bed. The apartment has many extras which include WIFI, International TV channels and more.

Underground garage parking is provided with lift access.

There are 16 communal swimming pools available for your use as well as tennis courts, petanque, padel courts and some table tennis areas around selected pools.

There are 2 bars, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked supermarket and shop… ALL within walking distance.

The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment was just perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. The furnishings and decor is so tastefully done too. On arrival there was a small hiccup which was rectified very quickly and professionally by the property manager. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property as we had a fantastic holiday and I will book here again for future holidays.
