The property is air conditioned in the living room and the main bedroom and for those of you visiting during the spanish winter, the property also benefits from central heating.

There are 2 bars, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked supermarket and shop… ALL within walking distance.

The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15-minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.
