Pure Sardina - family-friendly villa with sea-view / mountain-view and 1a pool

The villa is located in the truest part of Sardinia: untouched nature, endless beaches, sunshine around the clock, right next to picturesque and beautiful mountains, which invite you to go cycling and hiking. The villa is suitable for a large or 2 small families (it can be separated into 2 separate living units). In addition to the 10 sleeping options specified here, there are 3 additional beds as fold-out couches. The brand new 10x5m outdoor pool is located directly in front of the two large sun terraces, from where you can watch the children splash around, while you can enjoy a glass of our in-house wine or grape juice with a view of the sea (the wine field is immediately adjacent to the property). The villa is located on a 10,000 sqm fenced plot that offers space for lots of adventure. A car port for 2 cars keeps your vehicle cool even in summer. Wifi, TV and DVD player are available. Outdoor grill, table tennis and garden furniture as well.

Before arrival we will email you a long list of Google Maps locations with the most beautiful beaches, sights, activities, restaurants and shopping opportunities (which should keep you busy for 2 weeks). Sardinia is known for its endless beaches, which are far from overpopulation even in high season. Only 4 km from our house is the water sports station of Vignola Mare, a well-known windsurfing and kite spot.

This villa is located in the most typical part of Sardina: untouched nature, endless beaches, sunshine all day, next to beautiful mountains with challenging hiking and biking trails. The Villa is suited for one large or two small families (can be separated in 2 flats). Beside the 10 beds there are 3 further sleeping possibilities on couches. The brand new 10x5 pool is right in front of the 2 large terasses, so that you can enoy watching the kids in the pool while you enjoy the sea view and a glass of our home-made red wine or Grape Juice (wine-field right next to the house). The house is placed on a 10,000 square meter fenced terrain providing a lot of adventure for the kids. A car port for 2 vehicles keeps your cars cool throughout the summer. WiFi, TV and DVD player are available. Outside BBQ, table tennis as well as terrasse furniture are available as well.

We will provide a list with Google Maps Locations for the most beautiful beaches, must-do's, must see's, best restaurants and shopping locations (should keep you busy for at least 2 weeks). Sardina is known for its endless beaches, which even in summer-time are far from being crowded. Only 4km away from our house there is a beach with a large watersport station (Vignola Mare being a top windsurf / kite spot)

Large & Spacious Villa

Property was a good size and spacious with 5 separate bedrooms over two floors. Some areas looked tired and in need of refurbishment. Good sized pool and outside space but better furniture needed. No wifi available. Car is essential as restaurants and places of interest are quite a distance from the property.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick und tollem Pool. Leider war bei unserem Besuch Einiges am Haus Reparatur- bzw. Renovierungs-bedürftig. Beim Check-In mussten wir den Schlüssel selber in einem 45 Autominuten entfernten Ort abholen. Die Sauberkeit von Bädern, Küche und Boden war verbesserungswürdig.

The property is nicely finished, big and in a beautiful location, near to several beaches and just outside the village of Vignola Mare. The pool and terrace offer a perfect holiday experience. However, there are some details that could improved in the utilities and in the garden. The description of the house is not clear, as there are 5 double rooms and an additional room with a sofá bed of about 100x190 cm. In the living room of the lower floor, at the pool level there are two additional sofa beds, one double (that should be ameliorated) and one single. This living room is quiet and can be used as a bedroom, however as always the beds offer a better confort so this house would be best for groups of 10. Communication with the owner is easy and he replays quicky to the messages.

La struttura rispetta la descrizione, è pulita e il proprietario è sempre reperibile per mail e ha un referente locale che è molto disponibile ( abbiamo avuto un problema con un bagno che ha risolto in un giorno). La proprietà è isolata, ma la presenza della piscina è un plus per le giornate che si vogliono trascorrere a casa. La vista mare dalla terrazza è incantevole. Spiagge bellissime nel raggio di 15 km. Il segnale telefonico è buono, mentre la copertura dati scarsa. Suggerimenti: 1. qualche grado in più nell'acqua della piscina 2. TV visibili solo canali in francese integrare con decoder italiano. 3. Migliorare il sistema wifi poiché debole.
