The building has no lift and the apartment is on the 5th floor, but do not lose the opportunity to enjoy this charming apartment and the energy of Gijón. Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. Quiet hours must be respected between 23:00 h and 8:00h.
