Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet, Adjustable Toilet Seat, Grab Rail. Underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Back garden with patio, garden furniture, thatched hut and BBQ. Meadow (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. This property has a natural water supply via borehole.. Pear Tree Cottage is a sumptuous holiday retreat. Boasting a spacious, single level accommodation including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a separate library/study.
Nestled within the owners’ extensive grounds, the cottage has its own garden, with private sunny patio and garden furniture, a great place to relax and enjoy. A thatched hut provides a perfect place for sundowners and the covered deck is ideal for a morning cup of tea. There is even a circular walk available from the doorstep, and a network of quiet lanes to enjoy. Lovingly styled by the Scandinavian owner, the property offers authentic ‘hygge’. Fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday; Pear Tree Cottage offers a perfect getaway. The nearest shop and pub are approximately 4 miles away and the closest large supermarket is 6 miles away.
