Located on the island of Lefkas, at the north-west side of the island, just after Tsoukalades village and at a distance of less than 700m from the closest beach called “Kaminia”, the Ionion Theasis Villa Kallisti is a brand new stone made villa, one of the three Ionion Theasis villas with a private pool and amazing views to the Ionian sea, as its name suggests.


Minimalistic, sophisticated décor and luxurious furnishings are accompanied by all modern comforts. This one bedroom villa with a double bed of 1.60x2.20 will make you relax and if you are a small family you can comfortably be hosted as 2 kids can sleep in the comfortable sofa bed of the living room(dimensions when closed 85x2.00, dimensions when open 1.70x2.00).
The décor is impressive while also creating the pleasant sensation of simplicity that pervades the interiors. The villa is mainly made of wood, stone and earth tones that are in balance with the surrounding natural environment. Designed exclusively to ensure that your stay will be memorable!!

The time of our lives!

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is the perfect size, and we really enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor pool area. Sophia was fantastic to communicate with, and we could not recommend this place more! This was by far our most memorable vacation of our lives. Thank you so much for sharing this fantastic space.

Armonia is a perfect sanctuary in the most beautiful peaceful location

If you are looking for somewhere that has outstanding sea views with a beautiful pool surrounded by lush greenery then Armonia is perfect. I wanted to get away from it all to go to a quiet and safe location and the villa was fabulous. Compact and beautifully designed, very homely and clean. I had the most wonderful few days and Sofia could not have been more friendly and helpful!!! I will definitely go back ….

Superb Property.

Our stay at, “Ionion Theasis Armonia”, was fantastic! The property is located on the lower slope of the mountain village of Tsoukalades on the northwestern side of the island. Perfectly positioned close to town, but in between Agios Nikitas so you are close, (minutes drive from both). There some fantastic restaurants in Tsoukalades, along with minimarts and bakeries/café so the town has everything you will need to get by. The property itself was spotless, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils, there is a clothes washer, two bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. The WiFi was good, and as we stayed for an extended period of time, we had a cleaner every four days. Our host, Sophia, was incredibly gracious and responsive for anything we needed. The pool overlooking the main town and the Ionian Sea was lovely and the only sound you will hear is the sound of crashing waves in the distance, cicadas and wind through the trees. The drive down to the property through the main village is tight and typically Greek, (narrow and barely large enough), but was also fun to explore each morning as we walked up to the local bakery for our frappe and spanakopita. Overall our experience was perfect and the property will be well worth your money.
