Villa Rubini is a two storey stone-built villa with a breathtaking view. Taking care of every single detail and keeping the same style throughout, it's in perfect harmony with the beauty of its natural environment.
Located in a quiet place, this vacation rental is just five minutes from the city of Lefkada. Having a private pool and being close enough to the sea gives options to the guests. Villa Rubini is located in Apolpena, a village 5 minutes from Lefkada town and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Miloi and Gyra. It is built with stone and wood on a traditional but also modern style. It has a private swimming pool with exceptional view and a vegetable garden where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables for your salads. It has a big BBQ and a traditional wood oven.

Nice stone-made terrace with beautiful garden and magnificent view above the city of Lefkada, the sea-lake, the castle, the sea and far the continental Greece. Private swimming pool (8*3,5), a big barbecue and a traditional stone oven, shaded balcony and a pool shower.

Having a private pool and being close enough to the sea gives options to the guests. Above the green of the island and under the summer Greek sun, luxury meets the beauty of nature.


Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.

Fantastic house

Great villa , great views from outside . Very helpful owner and agents . Lovely fruit bowl of fresh fruit and veg , wine , water and soft drinks . Had a fabulous stay , will definitely be back .

A peaceful island – that is Villa Rubini. We enjoyed the superb view, the exquisite standard of the building, the warm welcome by Anna and her brother and uncle. We appreciate their flexible handling of our arrival and departure. Villa Rubini is a secluded heaven, yet in a close proximity to the island’s capital and services. A beautiful villa and a great stay

A lot of love has clearly gone into this villa. We had a lovely stay, the pool was gorgeous and clean, the loungers and outdoor spaces were all lovely and the kitchen was equipped. It's a good location up on the hill outside of lefkas Town with a wonderful view. The town is cute and the villa is well situated if you want to go for beach trips on the west coast

Madrassene var litt for harde, og det var mye maur inne. Ellers var huset et fantastisk ferie hus. God plass og velutstyrt med alt vi trengte. Hyggelig frukthage rundt villaen. Bassenget var rent og pent. Utsikten var upåklagelig! Vi vil gi renholderen et ekstra takk, for at hun gjorde huset rent og pent for oss. Takk for oss😊 Mvh Nina og Per.

Wonderful stay at Villa Rubini

Our family enjoyed the most wonderful time at Villa Rubini. It was the perfect stay - fabulous views, lovely pool and the quality of the villa and it’s facilities were just amazing. We enjoyed picking the peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and aubergines from the garden which we cooked on the charcoal bbq and even cooked homemade pizza in the wood fire oven! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday special - Lefkada Holiday Rentals were so helpful throughout our stay and the owner was so lovely. We shall be back !

We have just come back from Villa Rubini, I was impressed from the moment of booking. The team were extremely helpful throughout and helped with local knowledge, car hire, taxi’s and more! The villa is amazing with a perfect view. All facilities are excellent, comfy loungers, lovely owner who comes to garden every now and then and offers his fresh fruit and veg from the garden. Highly recommend!

Wonderful villa with an amazing owner for whom nothing is too much trouble but who respects your privacy perfectly. If it were a bit more isolated, then this would be the perfect villa. And if you like fresh fruit and veg, the owner gives you a regular supply from his garden

Es ist einfach alles wunderbar. Die Insel zauberhaft. Es gibt so viele hübsche Lokale ,die Landschaft schön, die Strände für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir haben uns mit Anna am Eingang der Stadt getroffen, weil die Villa beim ersten mal vllt. etwas schwer zu finden ist. Dann aber kein Problem. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die netten und gründlichen Putzengel kommen 2 x wöchtl. (man kann sie aber auch abbestellen),die Aussicht ist grandios. Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel und abends kommt natürlich (dezent) der Stadtlärm an, aber es hat uns kein bisschen gestört. Es ist das Flair des Südens, und wir haben trotzdem wunderbar geschlafen. Ein Auto ist def. empfehlenswert. Die Terrasse und der Pool gigantisch. Auch der Garten. Obst und Gemüse gratis und tägl. frisch. Anna`s Onkel sieht immer still und heimlich nach dem Rechten. Herzliche Grüße auch an ihn, und Danke für das liebe Abschiedsgeschenk. Sollten wir wieder nach Lefkas kommen ,dann nur zu Euch. We had the best time at Villa Rubini. It made our vacation in the Lefkada Island even more amazing. The villa has every commodity you need, a nice pool, BBQ, stone oven, a big garden where you can take fresh fruits and vegetables every time you desire and the view is exceptional. It was amazing waking up with that view every morning and spending the evenings outside enjoying the city view by night. So I highly recommend it.
