Open fire (one basket of wood supplied). Television with freeview channels and DVD player. WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The cottage is situated in an enclosed grassed garden with off road parking and is safe for children. We accept up to two dogs at Kyleview cottage @ £30.00 per dog.

The property was in the most beautiful location, it was immaculate throughout and perfect for our weeks day. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was lovely waking up looking at the beautiful view. Checking was simple and straightforward and I would certainly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and well equipped. The property manager replied quickly to questions. It was in a quiet location with a short drive into town. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable cottage with fabulous views over the Kyle of Durness. Ideal for a quiet, relaxed, scenic stay.Important to note that, contrary to the listing, the location is 2 miles south of Durness itself.

Just right for our short family holiday - very well presented, cosy but with plenty of space. Great to have single bedrooms for the kids and two bathrooms. Lovely and warm inside. Amazing views and great location for exploring the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kyleview Cottage in Durness. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views over the Kyle and a peaceful, remote atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The cottage was comfortable and had what we needed for a short break. It's a great base for exploring the nearby beaches, cliffs, and walking trails — a lovely spot for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Had such a fantastic stay at the cottage, it has everything you could need and easy access to local beaches, Smoo Caves etc. the view was amazing and lots of sheep hanging around outside. The beds were amazing, so comfy and bathrooms and showers so luxurious. Communication from Lin was great. Loved it!

David and Gillie have been coming up to Durness for over 44 years each summer so know the area well. David's grandfather came up to Durness at the turn of the century to break in the ground for sheep farming. David runs a sheep farm at Rhigolter. He has been working in the south of England in the NHS as a Hand Surgeon. Our children and now grandchildren love coming up to Durness for holidays.
