Apartment in the center of Madrid, is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It has 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. Accommodates up to 4 guests as it has a sofa bed (additional cost)

The apartment includes a small entrance where on the right hand side is a fully equipped bathroom with shower, microcement tray, sink, mirror, and toilet.

On the left, a bedroom with a bed, a wardrobe and a window that provides light.

In the background, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need during your stay, as well as a dining table for 4 people.

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

**Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros.

**Check-in after 23.00 has a cost of 50 euros.

* Upon arrival we will request the passport of each guest.

*If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.

*Two sets of keys are provided.

*Check-outs are at 11:00 am.

* If the apartment is reserved for two people and they still want to use the sofa bed, an extra cost of: 20 eur per night must be paid. This additional cost includes the linen of the sofa bed and that it is prepared for your arrival.
