Super erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen ruhigen Wohnung, tolle saubere Poollandschaft und ein sehr sehr netter Vermieter . Der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind so herzlich und haben viele Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell in Vada beim Supermarkt oder am Strand.

Entspannung

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Trotz großer Hitze am Tag war es sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung hat in jedem Zimmer eine saubere und sehr gute Klimaanlage. Schöne Bäume, die Schatten spenden und ein großer Pool mit sauberem klarem Wasser. Die Betten haben gute neue Matratzen. Die Küche ist komplett zum kochen eingerichtet. Wir hatten viel Platz in der Wohnung. Für Koffer, Taschen... Auch auf dem Gelände war genug Platz für unsere Fahrräder. Fausto ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, der uns gute Restaurants, Märkte und Ausflugsziele empfohlen hat. Auch besondere Wünsche hat er erfüllt ( unsere Tochter brauchte Wolle zum Stricken). Er hat einen kleinen Laden dafür gefunden. Wir können die Ferienwohnungen sehr empfehlen. Die Fotos davon sind wunderschön, aber in echt noch schöner.

Exceptional Stay at Fausto's Place in Rosignano Marittimo

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Fausto's in Rosignano Marittimo, and we wanted to share our extraordinary experience. Our stay there was simply fantastic. First and foremost, the picturesque surroundings of Fausto's place were absolutely enchanting. Nestled in seclusion, the natural beauty of the property created a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The vacation rental itself was not only comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a delightful stay. However, one minor inconvenience was the absence of sharp knives in the kitchen, which made cooking a bit challenging. Despite this, Fausto's attention to detail and the immaculate cleanliness of the property made our stay enjoyable. What truly set our stay apart was Fausto's exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Fausto welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He not only provided a comfortable place to stay but also shared invaluable local insights. Fausto gave us numerous tips on places to visit, the best restaurants to dine at, where to buy groceries, and much more. His recommendations were so abundant that, despite our best efforts, we couldn't cover everything in just one week. His kindness and willingness to share his extensive knowledge of the area made our vacation truly unforgettable. Thank you, Fausto, for an exceptional and enriching stay that exceeded all our expectations!

Alles Bestens

Unser Aufenthalt bei Fausto war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag Urlaub pur. Vom herzlichen Empfang und der Hilfsbereitschaft durch den Gastgeber bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Reservierungen bis zum tollen Anwesen in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Besonders der große Pool mit Schirmen und Liegen für alle hat uns begeistert. Vielen Dank lieber Fausto.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in der Toskana

Wir waren im Juli für eine Woche in dem Appartement. Es ist einfach aber komplett eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und und schafft auch bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur ein angenehmes Raumklima. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Jeder hat am Pool eine eigene Sitzecke mit Liegestühlen und Schirm. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Wasser zu bekommen. Fausto, der Besitzer ist ein Schatz. Er ist bei Fragen und Problemen sofort verfügbar und hält sich sonst dezent im Hintergrund. Er hatte viele sehr gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Nähe. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub bei nettem Vermieter

Saubere schöne Wohnung mit gemütlicher Terrasse und ruhigem Pool. Die Lage ist gut, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 km Entfernung, Bahnhof ebenso (Direktverbindung nach z.B. nach Pisa und Florenz). Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Pool und sympathischem Gastgeber.

Wir waren im August 2022 zu Gast bei Fausto, dem sehr sympathischen Gastgeber in Rosignano Marittimo. Das Haus mit insgesamt fünf Apartments liegt unweit des Küstenortes Vada in Alleinlage mit einem weitläufigen Grundstück und einem sehr schönen Pool. Den haben unsere Kinder häufiger genutzt als die Strände, die man in wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Wir hatten ein großzügiges Apartment im EG mit 3 Zimmern und eigener Küche. Alles war sehr ordentlich und eine Grundausstattung mit dem wichtigsten Haushaltsutensilien war vorhanden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Rosignano Marittimo und können Fausto und seine Unterkunft jedem gerne weiterempfehlen.

Great apartment in a great location

We got a great welcome from our host prior to offloading the car and getting installed in the apartment. Then we hit the well maintained pool and from there on we felt at home. This is a great base location for scouting the area and explore this wonderful area of Tuscany. The host is very helpful to provide local knowledge about where to go and what to do.
