At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, we have detailed the extra costs for each below:

Important Aspects for Booking Your Stay:

1. You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no fees). The Vrbo Assistance service can be booked with both payment methods, allowing you to use their customer service and support during your stay.

2. Cleaning costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning fee at the end of the stay: €275.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours performed by 2 people in the middle of the stay, at a cost of €90. Full final cleaning at the end of the second week, at a cost of €275.
- Stays of three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings, one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week, each at a cost of €90. Full final cleaning at the end of the third week, at a cost of €275.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings, one at the end of each week, each at a cost of €90. Full final cleaning at the end of the month, at a cost of €350.

3. Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days (over 18 years old).

4. In the low season from October to March:
- Stay of 1 month: Supplement of €800/month for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.
- Stay of 1 week or less: Supplement for heating/electricity/gas of the house, €300/week.

5. Short weekend stays: Depending on the season, a supplement may apply.

6. Pets: There is a supplement of €100.

7. Late arrival:
- From 8 PM to midnight: Supplement of €45.
- After midnight: Supplement of €70.

8. The security deposit is €1000 for weekly stays, €2000 for monthly stays.

HOW TO BOOK:

The interior of the villa consists of a total of 2 floors, with a total of 6 impressive bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 toilets; 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 with 4 single beds, 1 with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a large sofa bed.

Villa Blue Sky has 2 pools, one for adults and one for children with low depth, and 1 jacuzzi.

It also has parking for 2-3 cars, a gym inside, an outdoor fireplace, and BBQ. Access for people with reduced mobility.

COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOCATION:

We recommend renting a car for quicker transportation; Sitges is just 20 minutes away, and Barcelona is 30 minutes away. You can find supermarkets, quality fruits and vegetables, restaurants, and bars near the villa.
