Villa Votanidi is in a quiet location with a great panoramic view of the surrounding hills and countryside. The private garden features a large lawn and a furnished gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The swimming pool is about 100 m away from the house and is 9 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5-2.9 m, surrounded by a cotto paved area with sunbeds and a shower. There is a small outbuilding with a living area and one bathroom with shower next to the pool and close to the caretaker’s house. Parking within the property.Interior
The house has elegant, antique furniture. The raised ground floor (11 steps) features a large living room with TV and outdoor access, a small breakfast room, a double bedroom with panoramic windows, a double bedroom with bathroom with bath tub shared with 1 single bedroom (bathroom accessible directly from both bedrooms). An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor with one single bedroom with bathroom with small bathtub.
The lower floor (part of which is underground), with large windows which reach the pavement, has a large ancient kitchen with fireplace, a dining room, a washing room (with washing machine and dishwasher), one single bedroom with bathroom with small bath tub, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with high windows from the floor and bathroom with bath tub.

Important information
Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. Access via 1.5 km of gravel road, not suitable for very low cars. The maintainer, who takes care of the property maintenance, lives in a cottage nearby the villa.Activities
