This was the perfect authentic Tuscan experience. It is a lovely, well appointed home on a beautiful property with gorgeous views. Our host gave us recommendations for wonderful restaurants, beach clubs, shopping, etc. both nearby and in the surrounding areas. We were 2 families of 4 and the house had ample room for everyone. We were treated like family, and I cannot recommend this property enough.
Such an amazing find! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the Villa Property! Also the Hosts were truly lovely! We will definitely return. We would definitely recommend the Tuscan Bbq dinner as well as the pizza. Such great food!
We were a family of 8 including a 2 year old. We had a wonderful time a Villa Peramonda and found the facilities and accommodations to be well suited for our needs. All the bedrooms were well air conditioned which was very important to us due to the fact that we were staying at the villa during Italy's heat wave. The hosts of the villa (Francesco and Lorenzo) couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. If there was something we needed or anything that required their attention they were very responsive to our needs and desires. I would recommend Villa Peramonda to anyone, especially families, looking to spend their Italy adventure in the countryside and not in the city center. Foesole is a wonderful little town full of history and fine restaurants. Taxis were readily available to travel to Florence center. I would recommend "Apptaxi" for this purpose.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Peramonda. Francesco was wonderful and very responsive. It was nice to have out little hide away from busy Florence. Fiesole is a great little town with good food options as well.
Our host was very communicative and responsive when we had a request or questions both prior to our stay and during our stay. The villa is full of old world charm and yet functions at modern standards. We only used 4 of the 5 bedrooms and the 5th bedroom was not as nice as the others, but would have been fine for children. All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was important to us. The pool was lovely, so clean and refreshing after spending our days out and about in Florence or biking or wine tasting. We also took a road trip to a beach. The villa is centrally located to visit many places. We rented a van so that we had the freedom to come and go easily. However, the streets are quite tight and a confident capable driver is needed. We did not cook much, we ate out often. Fiesole was close and we had a couple of dinners there when we wanted something close to "home". The hosts live on the property in a different home, so it made us feel safe, they were not in our space at all. The property is gated which also felt nice. Italy is so beautiful and this home did not disappoint with all of the beautiful views and charm. It comfortably fit our family and we has so much fun vacationing here together! Highly recommend! One other note, the washing machine on site was so helpful because we took less clothes and just washed what we had and rewore them for the next week of our Italy trip. The dryer is a hanging rack though, not a machine. It was fine. Again, highly recommend!

Thanks for your special words! We have really appreciated hosting you guys:)
A big hug from all of us!
Our stay here blew away all expectations—by a long shot. The home is spacious and beautiful, the setting is spectacular (you can see a castle in the distance drinking your espresso pool side in the morning!), the kids loved having a (clean) private pool, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They have animals and herbs dotting the land. We also did the homemade pizza evening and it was one of the highlights of the trip. If you have kids, I’d highly recommend it. We enjoyed staying at a distance from Florence (while relying on taxis and public transportation isn’t ideal, I’d do it again). Fiesole has everything from small bakeries to a Michelin star restaurant (also amazing). I wish I could give this 6 stars!
