Villa Querceto consists of 4 airy, light and furnished apartments.
Each apartment has its own dining area, but there is plenty of room for communal dining.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room with enough space for the whole group to eat together, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, double sink, 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchenettes/diners.
However, there is the possibility of dividing the ground floor into 2 single units, if you are holidaying with other couples and prefer a little privacy!
On the side of the house with a separate entrance are the "optional extra" rooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living room (without a kitchen) can be rented for large groups. This room is closed when not in use. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine.
Suitable for families and groups, the accommodation features a swimming pool with a fenced solarium, a large garden, and private parking. Children are welcome.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.
There is a barbecue and wood-fired oven for fabulous outdoor grills.
