The 175m2 modern apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lighting, air conditioning and heating can be controlled via a central Smart Home interface.

The 2 double bedrooms with SMART TV offer plenty of comfort and privacy for all guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The 1 bedrooms and the living room can be accessed through a large French window onto the terrace.

The terrace includes a private swimming pool heated by solar panels, a barbecue, an outdoor dining table and comfortable sun loungers.

If you do not want to dine on the terrace, you can use the indoor dining table, which is part of the spacious living room.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, SMART TV with internet access (Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+) for relaxation and rest. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen with quality cabinetry and modern appliances offers plenty of space to carry out your holiday culinary activities.
Equipment includes a fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine (Nesspresso), kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There are coffee and tea making tablets, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets.
