This lovely 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the secure complex of Riviera Andaluza. This beachfront complex has a communal pool with beautiful gardens and direct access onto the promenade and beautiful beach. Less than a 10 minute drive will take you to a choice of 3 golf courses and Estepona town. The port is less than 2km away on foot and you will find a good choice of bars and restaurants here.

The apartment is arranged over one level and offers and open plan living space. Enter the apartment into the kitchen area which is fully equipped and offers filtered tap water and a separate utility room. The spacious lounge/dining area offers dining seating for 6 people and 2 comfortable sofas. Access the terrace from the lounge area and you can find a further dining area for 6 people, sunbeds, a gas BBQ and stunning views of the sea and pool area.

The master bedroom benefits from fantastic sea views, a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. This bedroom has access to the terrace. The guest bedroom offers 2 singles beds, fitted wardrobes and has access to the guests shower room.

Great Views

Had a lovely stay, bed was comfortable, kitchen had the majority of what you need, apartment was clean,plenty of laundry, large balcony,which gets the sun all day, an easy walk about 15/20 minutes to estapona port, where there are lots of bars an restaurants. Recommend el Cazador (very large portions) there’s a market on Sundays. Apartment is quite central.

Appartement excellent

Son emplacement est parfait avec une vue imprenable directement sur la mer. A l intérieur tout est impeccable et très bien meublé. La literie est un peu dur mais est acceptable . Pour le reste tout est parfait . La place de parking au sous sol est très appréciable
