Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses auf der Webseite trifft zu. Das Haus ist bergab von der Strasse gelegen, die kurz vor dem Ferienhaus in eine Schotterstraße übergeht. Der Pool ist schön und sauber, zum Stehen aber nur bei den Treppen geeignet.

Wir haben die Ruhe und die Aussicht sehr genossen, aber es hat uns trotzdem gehindert, rauszugehen, weil wir jeden zweiten Tag rausgingen und das eine ziemlich lange Fahrt mit vielen Kurven ist. Wir blieben drei Wochen dort. Wir fanden das Haus nicht sauber vor. Auf den Stühlen auf der Terrasse war Urin. Den Grill benutzen wir lieber nicht, weil der ganze Rauch reinkommt. Der Kühlschrank ist laut und kaputt, und die Waschmaschine ist fast kaputt. Alle Holzstühle müssten ersetzt werden. Vorsicht mit kleinen Kindern; sie haben große Nägel daran. Der Geschirrspüler steht draußen, weil die Küche sehr klein ist, und die Kaffeemaschine steht draußen statt in der Küche. Ich habe die Kaffeemaschine vor der Benutzung gründlich gereinigt; sie war sehr schmutzig.

No es fácil encontrar la villa porque las coordenadas GPS del punto de encuentro son incorrectas. Sería preferible quedar en el pueblo. Se accede a la villa por una carretera asfaltada (no siempre es así en Andalucía). La villa se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo, con vistas panorámicas y precioso, a los pies del Torcal. Cabe destacar que está apartada del centro y no hay tiendas de comestibles cerca. Por otro lado, el pueblo de "La Villa Nueva de la Concepción" tiene algunas tiendas, incluyendo una carnicería (Carnecia), que recomiendo, y una tienda Dia. El centro del pueblo es muy agradable. La villa en sí no es muy bonita, pero es funcional (aire acondicionado, ducha, bañera, etc.). El único problema importante es la barbacoa, que está demasiado cerca, por lo que los humos se propagan dentro de la casa, y la zona de la cocina exterior, que incluye la lavadora y el lavavajillas, no es muy buena. Tenga en cuenta que los propietarios solo hablan español, pero son muy receptivos al más mínimo problema (el horno se estropeó un domingo y lo cambiaron esa misma tarde). La piscina es grande, de hasta 2 metros de profundidad, y Juan (Iris, el padre del propietario) la limpia aproximadamente cada 3 días. Para visitar los alrededores, es imprescindible contar con vehículo, pero está a varios kilómetros de distancia debido a la ubicación remota de la villa en la campiña andaluza, aunque esa fue nuestra decisión. Disponemos de una mesa de ping-pong, una canasta de baloncesto y algunas pelotas (fútbol, voleibol, etc.), así como de algunas bicicletas.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen etwa 45-60 min von Málaga entfernt. Man hat viel Platz und viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Die Fotos sind zutreffend, der Pool sehr groß. Es war einfach perfekt um ein paar Entspannung zu haben.
