The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite, one of which has a TV, along with three ground-floor rooms, including a king-size, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. Outside there is a side lawn with patio, furniture, games, and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. Note: Access to the property is via an unmade road for approx. half a mile which is best suited to 4WD vehicles. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles, a pub in 3.6 miles, and River Claw in 2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stone Barn is a wonderful base for exploring the coast and country of Devon. Note: There is wheelchair access, however, there are 2 steps between the kitchen and sitting room.
